ClutchX respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, stored and shared when you use the ClutchX mobile applications, website and related services.

When you use ClutchX features, we may also process information relating to communities, Quick Plans, join requests, events, activities, bookings, deals, chats, reviews, reels, posts, uploaded photos or media and other content or interactions that you choose to make through the platform.

We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, notification tokens, IP address, usage events, logs, crash information and diagnostic information.

Where you grant the required permission, ClutchX may process location information to provide location-relevant features, activities, communities, plans and other content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information to provide, operate, maintain and improve ClutchX; create and manage user accounts; provide communities and Quick Plans; process join requests; enable communication between users; provide activities, events, bookings and deals; deliver notifications; provide customer support; personalize the user experience; analyze platform usage; prevent fraud, spam and abuse; maintain security; enforce our terms; and comply with applicable legal requirements.

3. Communities, Quick Plans and User Content

ClutchX allows users to participate in communities, create or join plans and interact with other users. Information that you intentionally post or share through communities, plans, events, reels, reviews or other public or shared areas of ClutchX may be visible to other users depending on the feature and applicable privacy settings.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public areas of the platform.

4. Chat and Communications

ClutchX may process messages and related information as necessary to provide chat and communication functionality between users. This information may also be processed to deliver message notifications, maintain platform safety, respond to user reports and investigate suspected abuse or violations of our terms or policies.

5. Activities, Events and Bookings

When you browse, book or participate in activities or events, ClutchX may process information required to provide and manage the relevant service. Information necessary to fulfil a booking may be shared with the relevant venue, activity provider, vendor or event organizer.

6. Deals and Transactions

When you purchase, redeem or interact with a deal or other transaction on ClutchX, we may process information necessary to provide, verify and support that transaction. Relevant information may be shared with the vendor, seller or service provider involved in the transaction where necessary.

Payments may be processed using third-party payment service providers. These providers may collect and process information required to complete a payment according to their own privacy policies and security practices. ClutchX does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card or banking credentials.

If you enable notifications, ClutchX may send notifications relating to your account and activity on the platform. These may include plan updates, join requests and approvals, chat messages, community activity, booking information, events, deals and other service-related updates.

Promotional notifications may also be sent where permitted. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings and any notification preferences made available within ClutchX.

You may request deletion of your ClutchX account and associated personal information using account deletion functionality made available through ClutchX or by contacting us at admin@clutchx.in.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized as appropriate, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes.

Depending on applicable law and the functionality available in ClutchX, you may be able to access, update or correct certain account information and manage permissions such as location and notifications through the application or your device settings.
